However, it is licensed under Creative Commons. Creative Commons is a nonprofit organization that works to increase the amount of creativity (cultural, educational, and scientific content) in “the commons.”

You call it ec3m instead of ecm3. People who save the PDF and search for it later are probably using the keyword ecm or ecm3 instead of ec3m. You’re also mixing dashes and underscores in the file name, I wasn’t sure if that was intentional.

My preferred file name would be something like ECM3_v01.0.pdf.

Can you also post the spreadsheet from page 11 in some type of spreadsheet or csv format? Many organizations that would like to use this would have to convert the chart to Excel first.
